The Founder’s Story

Regenerative AI Systems™ was founded by Aleksandra Pinar, cognitive science researcher, enterprise consultant, and creator of multiple pioneering frameworks in the emerging field of Regenerative Intelligence.

Aleksandra brings over a decade of experience working in complex, high-stakes environments — including fund audit automation, pharmaceutical manufacturing systems, cross-functional enterprise processes, and large-scale digital transformations. Her work is deeply multidisciplinary, merging AI, cognitive science, systems thinking, cybernetics, and sustainable decision architecture.

As the founder of the Institute for Regenerative AI, Aleksandra leads research in:
